WINDOW MODE and Graphic error

I cant seem to alt tab during my games and i cant do window mode. I just bought the game today. how can i solve this?

Yes i bought it on Origins and i downloaded the game. after download I was not prompted of any patch. I installed the RA 2 and Yuri btw.
