Connection to CnCNet has been lost

Hi all expert,

Need your urgent help, my computer hv issue of connection to CnCNet has been lost attached photo and client log files.

This problem only start happen last night, play it few month no issue.

I try use my other computer connected same wireless network no issue.

Please advise, appreciate to hear from your support.

Manage to solve this problem because of Zscaler internet security software blocked it.
