Cant download yr

Hi,

So after the last update I cant play yr anymore everytime I try to update it or redownload it says "system out of resources" 

 

In the ss it says: An error occured while updating. Returned error was: The process cant open the file since its been used by another process

Tried that .. still get system out of resources

After I did the latest update it said it failed to override the existing file or something, and now when I open the client up I get this popup. Someone fucked something up obviously.
