Quick Match: Unable to request email verification code

Hi, for the past few days I have been unable to request an email verification code. When clicking “Click Here to Send a New Code” the following website error appears, and it looks like the console logs return a 500 error.

Is it possible for the admins to manually verify my email address? I’d love to play Quick Match.
