Some Advice with AI

Hi there!

I just love to play with AI since the first day of C&C Red Alert 2 was released!
I love this game so much! and I have a question,

When we create match to playing with 7 AI
we have to select the map with 8 players and then add AI to 7 slots right?

and if we changing to 2 players map, Why 7 AI still remain?

why don't just remove or change all to 2 AI automatically?
why 7 AI still remain and unable to play,

we have to remove AI one by one by hand to make it playable

, it very annoying
