Installation Errors

I need help solving this problem. So I had yuri revenge installed just fine everything worked great. A patch came out and the game started crashing when I hit the ESC button. So i could quit games. So i uninstalled the game and tied re installing it. Now I am getting installation errors. Can someone offer any solutions?

It looks like you may need to open the folder where the installation you downloaded is located and run it as admin.

Have you tried different renderers? and with or without borderless windowed mode. Alternatively you could try windows compatibility mode?
