why does this error window appear kabooooooom?

Hi, I have a problem with the latest update of January 1st. I got a bad error message. What is the solution? Why does this appear? The error message in the window is the following:

I use win7 and I don't have a video card. Do you think that's the cause?  And if that is the cause, what could be the alternative solution?

Exactly. Try launching `clientxna.exe`
