No connection to CnC.net after installation

A new TS installation on a new Win 11 Pro shows me this error message (see screenshot).

I checked my firewall and the game is allowed and not blocked. But the game is not listed under system control as an installed application.

I can play skirmish, but no connection to the game lobby for multi-player games.

I installes it 3 times in different directories and also also as admin. No positive result, game doesnt start.

Has anyoe an idea how to fix it?

I installed only one file (Multiplayer & Skirmish). Do I need to install something else?
