Lag in Red alert

Hi. I live UAE. I lag in the beginning of the game then it works later(after around 5 min). What port should I use when joining to avoid lag? thanks

The problem is caused by your internet provider and/or government, other players from the UAE have the same problem. Port forwarding or any settings wont help.

Other games are also affected by this, such as rocket league.

 

Could be related to censorship (e.g. VoIP ban), but they're not giving any info about it and claim everything is ok.

Nothing we can do about it.
