Do you have all the updates for Windows Defender? I submitted the installer to Microsoft not too long ago and they updated the definitions so that the false positive should be gone.

You don't need to go and grab the original CD's. Every release of RA is a Win95 and DOS release. The DOS installer is in the SETUP folder, the Win95 version is in the SETUP95 folder on the disc.

The cutscenes are blurry because they are in 320 x 200 resolution. No higher resolution versions of them were ever released. The PlayStation versions of them are slightly better looking if I remember correctly, but not by much. You can do certain things to get them to look better though such as watching them in the correct aspect ratio and/or on a CRT monitor.

If you look at the bottom of your page you'll see that the public beta for the leaderboard is over. That means that you cannot submit anything to it right now. If everything goes well the leaderboard will return during the summer.

Make sure NoCD is enabled in the configuration tool. If you have applied this patch to something other than TFD/TUC/old CD's as Funky mentioned it might have broken that install.

Hello everyone. There's an issue with the listing of tunnel servers. This is affecting all games. We are looking into it As a possible workaround for the games that have support for peer to peer (P2P) (C&C1, RA1, D2k and TS) try using that if your computer setup allows it as P2P doesn't use the tunnel servers.

No balance changes have been done. There are some issues with certain menus with DxWnd Windowed mode. For menu lag try clicking it usually speeds them up. Just uploaded a new version it has a new version od DXWnd adds some more DxWnd settings to TSConfig and fixes some TSConfig bugs.

If I remember correctly this is due to paranoid AI and is not a bug.

Have you tried running it as administrator? Could be a file permissions issue.

That's interesting so it was an issue with CnC-DDraw. Not many people have issues. So when they show up they are usually local to the computer they show up on. There are plenty of people who are able to install and just run the game hence why there are usually quite a few people playing RA1 so your solution does not apply to everyone. Can you list the components in your PC for reference?
