  1. It's all listed under "Command Line Options". So the play codes are just command line parameters too; the only difference is they don't start with "-".
  2. Yea, that was a spambot. Please report these if you see them, so they can be removed.
  3. @amokk Don't respond to spammers. Especially don't quote spammers; it gives moderators more work to clean up the mess. Just report them.
  4. Well, it won't WORK in the Remaster, but yea, the game just ignores extra ini stuff anyway. In fact, the map editor leaves it alone and preserves it, a logic added to avoid wiping exactly such custom rules in RA maps.
  5. Yea, like introducing Ares ever made anything more stable and bug free...? Ares was always made as modding platform. The creators never even considered using exe editing and disassembling to instead just make general improvements to the game. The CnCNet crew has.
  6. I've tried to document all changes we've made in Dawn of Tomorrow, but the mod makes extensive use of the 1.06 features I added in terms of custom colours and radar logos in missions, so yea, that would be quite some work to implement.
  7. @Chimas Just randomly stumbled on this. Did you ever fix it? The 1.06c patch allows changing capturability in missions. All you need to do is put [BIO] Capturable=True in the mission ini file.
  8. I believe this can be fixed by the "AllowModeToggle" option in the ini file, under [Video]. Set it to "No" and it should no longer switch resolutions while in-game.
  9. It's generally not useful to apply one patch to something only to then apply another one. It's difficult for people making such patches to take into account all possible patched variations, so most will assume you start from the base game with nothing applied to it.
  10. I'm assuming you have The Ultimate Collection on Origin, then? This is all reeeeally old information, though. Literally more than half a decade old. Just use the cncnet installer for Yuri's Revenge from the site.
  11. I looked into this today, and, well, results aren't hopeful. Gamespy's files are all hosted at FilePlanet, and while that does have an archive of old files, it's a list with about 500 pages, and no search options https://www.fileplanet.com/archive/c-17/real-time On top of that, the actual downloads will be blocked by most modern browsers because they refer to unsecured http addresses, meaning you need to copy and paste the link into a new tab before it'll work. Some specific searches basing on the kind of stuff you often find in C&C1 mission readme files did turn up more: https://www.google.com/search?q=site:https://www.fileplanet.com/archive/+"C%26C" https://www.google.com/search?q=site:https://www.fileplanet.com/archive/+"ccmap" https://www.google.com/search?q=site:https://www.fileplanet.com/archive/+"baseit" https://www.google.com/search?q=site:https://www.fileplanet.com/archive/+"C%26C"+"covert" https://www.google.com/search?q=site:https://www.fileplanet.com/archive/+"gdi" https://www.google.com/search?q=site:https://www.fileplanet.com/archive/+"nod" https://www.google.com/search?q=site:https://www.fileplanet.com/archive/+gdi+mission https://www.google.com/search?q=site:https://www.fileplanet.com/archive/+nod+mission I didn't find the "Backstabbed" mission, though...
  12. Remastered map format is identical to the original game. Nothing needs to be converted. The only thing you need to do to set up a map is probably to open it in the editor and save it, so it can write the json metadata so the glyphx engine has a thumbnail and a simple easy overview of the starting points.
  13. I'm not part of the CnCNet management. I'm just a forum moderator. The issue seems to be related to Chrome systematically removing support for non-https links. I've alerted the team, but for now, this link should work: https://downloads.cncnet.org/cncnet5.exe Note that that link is not a "game download"; like Red Alert 2, Dune 2000 is not freeware.
  14. There is no true RA2 online play on CnCNet; the RA2 they offer is basically an alternate rules set built on the Yuri's Revenge engine. From what I heard, this was done because RA2 contains quite some multiplayer issues that are fixed in YR, but which were never backported to the original RA2 engine.
  15. The description on the download says "you'll need TibEd(1.7) to apply the changes".
  16. Not sure what you mean with "have" the Mayan Pyramid. You don't own it; it's a neutral building. If you mean the defense structure, well, you're gonna need to dig into modding, I guess. As for having both sides, um, just capture an AI's base?
  17. google "show file extensions". The method on how to do that hasn't changed since XP.
  18. Uhh... how would we know what working solutions are for your PC? Are you talking about online or single player? Are you using the CnCNet download of Tiberian Sun? Did you update your graphics drivers?
  19. Of course not. They didn't take XCC as source. They took the actual game source as source.
  20. That's an original bug I never managed to patch. It's in the patch FAQ. The only fix is running the game with a height of 400 pixels.
  21. There's your problem, then. This is not a remake. This is a remaster of the original game.
  22. I have no idea about campaign replacement, sorry. This is just about addon missions; the remaster equivalent of putting stuff in the New Missions menu.
