  1. Hi Nariac, I'm including some place holder missions within this SCB pack, for you, DarkStar and MattAttack. 2 for each (including this mission in the slot) If later you build another mission, I can replace if desired, sending the "ancient" mission to the next pack, which is almost empty right now. edit In the mission's list, let me know if I have to refer to you as nariac or your name that are insisde the TXT files?
  2. Hallo Commander! I'm gonna give some attention to Nod missions in the next weeks, it will be the SCB220 pack. It will list Matt Attack, Nariac and DarkStar missions, now that most of them are revised and running fine. I say weeks because I want to play some of them. I know all of these missions are available in the community and don't represent any novelty, but it's a way to get the project back on track. And remember that these missions are made by unmercyful pros, so bring tissues. Ah, yes, I'll have to change one of the clouds again (damn Cubby). Greetings!
  3. I really enjoyed playing that game and it felt like coming home. No wonder why EA is taking so much time to come with another CnC game in Tiberium setting. This game is TD in 3D with some awful units and many other great units, not to mention, the AI is a hammer (for an average player like me). I'm not migrating to TW, but I'm glad I can find a cool RTS out there meanwhile (other) new games are under development. Right now, I'm in GDI campaign, Nod comes later and Kane's wrath by last. Real good deal in Steam, btw.
  4. On Tiberian Dawn, no. A friend asked me to try out CnC 3 Tiberium Wars to play his single player map, so I'm dedicating some time to this game. Real cool game. I'm trying to find more time, like 3 days in a row, to publish more stuff in the huge collection, but life has been punitive. The player guide needs more missions, so ppl can find the good old maps first. The guide is poor right now and I have to find a way to tell players about our current community and the rich production we are having.
  5. Going thru certain things here, will be more active in January. It's time to let 2016 goes and let it never comes back.
  6. I started a guide for the Huge Collection, the PDF is in the front page. It's far from finished, but it forwards some interesting missions of the past.
  7. Hi DarkStar, I'm trying to update your missions. So, it seems your pack 01 and pack 02 are altogether with the new 4 missions in pack03. Is that correct? If that's the case, still you could put a readme.txt or alike in your ZIP file explaining this, to make clear how you see your collection. There is probably a reason why you call them pack01, 02 and 03, right?
  8. I consider myself active, but I'm not skilled to mass produce as you guys. I have one mission pending that will become a small MOD, once it alters some units. Besides that, I test missions and I keep that huge collection where I had to recover, remap and rebuilt dozens of missions, at least to make them playable and enjoyable, although not with the difficult level that you make. But I like the idea that players can find missions in all range of difficulties from the early ages til today. Right now, I'm having the classic "real life issues" striking harder than I anticipated and holding me back, but things will settle eventually, then I might be helpful again.
  9. Check if you get the same message for the mission in my collection. I'll see this later ...
  10. Hmm, I always thought "Built it" would be used when you simply build a structure. Never crossed my mind that would be fairer if the CPU has to discover it first, which makes sense.
  11. Provide BIN+INI before and after XCC use ... Author: Lin Kuei Ominae Former TiberiumWeb.com Community Forums - Aug 2 2009 1. The moving and then deploying MCV It was widely assumed that an MCV can't be deployed on a certain cell by using triggers. This is how it works anyway. CODE [uNITS] 000=GoodGuy,MCV,256,1596,0,Rescue,MCVD ;note the Rescue action and the connection to the MCVD Trigger [TeamTypes] mcvt=GoodGuy,0,0,0,0,0,15,0,0,0,1,MCV:1,6,Move:5,Move:6,Move:7,Move:8,Move:9,Rescue:0,0,0 ;The MCV moves along the waypoints 5,6,7,8,9 and then deploys at the last waypoint 9 [Triggers] MCVD=Time,Create Team,0,GoodGuy,mcvt,0 Though i admit it has some drawbacks and special conditions 1. The MCV has to be placed on the map and can't be send via reinforcements. 2. The place where the MCV is placed on the map must be big enough for the MCV to deploy there too (you should test this first using no trigger) 3. The MCV needs Rescue (or Unload) as it's action 4. The TeamType needs Rescue (or Unload if Unload is on the MCV) as the last action on the waypoint list 5. The Trigger has to start instantly (hence Time 0) or the MCV deploys on it's start position But you can add many waypoints to its path to give it a delay before it deploys on its final destination The main advantage is, that you can this way make an AI player (in a singleplayer map) which has to build its base from scratch just like the human player in almost every other mission.
  12. Yes, I'm gonna give some attention now to old campaigns not published, that will buy some time. I also wanted to tell you (with the update in the inventory) that you guys were not forgotten. I also have to play many of your missions that I haven't yet.
  13. Hi, With recent additions by DarkStar, Nariac and MattAttack, amongst others, the numbers have varied a little, enlarging the collection. In the last count, it was 637. Take a look: ::: Inventory Survey ::: 743 single player missions - Estimated 77 % of the project achieved in its actual size. GDI Nod General Released Total Released Total Released Total Single player 240 280 120 160 360 440 Campaigns 68 146 78 85 146 231 Mini-campaigns 44 50 22 22 66 72 DOS format 59 59 30 30 89 89 TOTAL 411 535 250 297 661 832 ::: Visitors ::: The new missions were not added yet, just listed and waiting to be released. Anyway, The pack GDI300 has been updated ::: Link1 ::: Link2 :::
  14. Hey Lightning, good to see you. Things I'm doing now: - DONE! - Finding a new service to replace Mediafire which is discontinuing their PC app - moved to MEGA (links 1) and CUBBY (links 2); - I'm listing all new files in the INDEX as "not released yet", so ppl can track what is processed and published and what is not; - Maybe later a new SP missions pack. Btw, if you have played one PACK as a whole, let me know which mission you'd recommend in there. I'm making a Player guide to tell ppl where to start playing TD (the collection can be overwhelming).
  15. LKO has a lot of great missions. You'll probably like the Hard Invasion.
  16. The TXT file contains data of your previous mission, have a check on it. Gonna play now.
  17. I'd like to know if that mission with part 1 and 2 has different maps or just different levels of difficulties (triggers and teamtypes)? \edit In the case of the missions repeated in both packs: The missions inside PACK02 overrides the ones in PACK01 or are they the same? It would be better to keep the PACK01 as official and inside the PACK02 only the new missions to avoid problems.
  18. As far as I remember, it worked that way when I tested the Jungle theater.
  19. "p" is always the HEIGHT, so 2560x1440. Or WQHD.
  20. It's known that these air units don't leave the map, they stay in the border, you just can't see them, but they are there. Sometimes you can see bazookas trying to bring them down, shooting on the edges of the map against "nothing".
  21. Hi, I have created an excel file that can copy a tiberium field from one map to be used somewhere else. You can copy it and you can transpose it. Test it and see if you get how the tools work. The 08 fields present there are from Twist of fate map, so you just have to set one cell of your map and copy the output. You can also open one map of your preference, copy the field from the OVERLAY section and paste it in the RESPECTIVE OVERLAY column. If you have a tiberium field template and wants it in the file, just send me a TXT. Notes: - A tiberium field is a small portion in your map, not all the tiberium of the map; - The TREE section is not done yet. If interested, bookmark the file. Provide feedback, if possible.
  22. Well, it's not related to triggers and teamtypes in the INI file.
  23. Hey Matt, I'm back designing my Nod's ToF. When I get a new mission for testing I'll let you know. Check your e-mail, I've sent some msgs.
  24. So, the C&C community is solely inviting your highness to add support for custom theaters in your next patch ... (don't forget more flares too, like "DZ at Y" and "DZ at X", an old request).
