More units cannot be added into the game. Blame EA for that for not releasing the source code (no, really, fuck them). I would like if the infantry sprites were made better because the infantry do look like ants.

Unless air units are more useful and the AI can build them that would be a waste of a unit.

I kinda wish Westwood followed through with their original script ideas (Stavros was a traitor as well as Kukov, Kane was more present as was Nod, etc)

As of recent, yes, I do get an error when I open RaEd, the only maps that are there are my sc- maps and ant missions.

If you were to make mortar trooper shps, they should walk with the mortar close to the ground so it looks more natural when they attack (they should use a downscaled version of the artillery weapon)

Oh, there's supposed to be a RAED folder? I just place it in the RA folder.

It goes bonkers on Win 8, I can hear it but usually can't see it, it's just like a black screen. Odd.

That's the thing, it's not in any folder. I might check the raed1.mix and see if there's anything in there, probably not.

Well now you have, it's like the last problem I had when I made a multiplayer map. It didn't show up and it couldn't be edited when it was saved, so it was forever lost.

I pretty much gave up since fuck you RaED, you erased tons of my fucking work. I can still play it, but I cannot edit it, or even find the ini file. It's there in the RaED exe but it's not in my actual folder. Now I can't make new maps and a replace did not help. I'm thinking I should just reinstall PortableRA fully or install Funky's RA and then add all of my shit.

Did not work. My MiG is now textureless, invisible. How exactly do I have to make it look like a Frogfoot I have in an expand.mix?

Hey guys, I want to make a mission for myself, how can I get an shp and add it to a mission, JUST that mission? I've seen the Tiberian Alert nurple maps do that, so I want to know how.

Be careful in using it, once it kept my changes permanently... I haven't really warmed up to it since, so it'd be a better deal to use the ini files themselves because it is very easy to revert your changes or you could have a backup ini file.

There are some problems I have with these maps, including a cut-off England (invincible because no navy) and the insane costs, they just take soooo long to build. Don't be afraid to sacrifice the look of your map to make the gameplay better (make a bridge thingy between England and mainland Europe)

Well, you can make every unit or building cost 1 or 0 with TibEd or by modifying the ini (TibEd may mess things up, but it may be faster than the rules.ini modifying) You may also make a single thing of ore make TONS of money.

Changed my icons to snow/temperate. Still crashes (I put it in my expand.mix) and its correctly sized.

I was able to do it, thanks (needed to make an EXPAND mix tho) But for some reason the icons i made for the spy and Tanya crash the game when they are shown. What palette should i use for them in the SHP builder?
