Sound

There are no menu sounds when someone joins the game, writes in the chat, or I make changes in the settings for the game (money, country selection, short game and the like). But when the game itself starts the sound is there. I have Windows  10 64bit and play YR.

What are some thoughts? Up to this point I could create a game and go surfing the internet while I waited for players to connect, when someone connected, I had a beep, and now I have to check all the time manually, it's very inconvenient.

i have the same issue ive tryed re installing 3 times now and running on admin mode but to no avail

its as if a file is missing or somthing ive played with all the settings but nothing @Rampastring@Grant

Could you upload your client.log file (from the Client\ subdirectory in your YR directory) here?

There doesn't really seem to be anything unusual in the log. Some sounds being missing is normal.

Is your client volume in the options set to something above 0? Also I assume you've checked that the client hasn't been muted in the Windows volume mixer.

yup checked both those and also the volume is at 10
