Annoying Error Message for CNCnet YR

This error message pops up all the time when I am on the client. If I go join CNCnet lobby it'll pop up once, then I click either YES or NO and then it pops up 2 more times before it goes away.

It only happens with CNCNet, so it's not some random virus or something.

And it seems to have no effect on how the client runs.

I think I have Windows 7 on this computer.

I imagine this error has something to do with my computer rather then CNCNet, but any ideas?

The CnCNet client has nothing to do with that page shown in the URL, but it does use the IE component / API to access some pages on the CnCNet server. It's like some piece of software (malware?) is redirecting the client to that script, and then that error message is shown.
