"Yuri's Revenge Has Crashed..." CnCNet Not Working

Please see attached image. Someone help! Will likely just need to reinstall it...

I deleted all CnCNet files from my computer, reinstalled and now it's not working at all. I can see in my task manager that the DTA client starts up (which runs the program, presumably) but then it shuts down seconds later. Please help!
