KaBOOM Error w/ picture

Hi, I downloaded and tried opening the main executable to play Yuri's Revenge, but keep receiving an error.  Any help finding a solution would be amazing.  Thank you for your help.

shot in the dark ... Do you have the latest DirectX versions installed? Maybe you need to reinstall something there?
