CnCnet crashes on start - client.log included

As soon as the client opens I get a kaboom  Message: HRESULT: [0x887A0022], Module: [SharpDX.DXGI], ApiCode: [DXGI_ERROR_NOT_CURRENTLY_AVAILABLE/NotCurrentlyAvailable], Message: A resource is not available at the time of the call, but may become available later.

any help would be much appreciated

Make sure that you have DirectX installed and that your graphics card drivers are up to date.

I've got DirectX 12 and graphics are up to date, I have internal graphics on my I5 Idk if that would be an issue
