Maps Directory

Hello guys,

I am just trying to add some new maps but by googling I can't find a solution. I don't have a "maps" directory on my RA2 folder.

Is there any guide here or anyone willing to guide me please?

Hello, the maps directory comes with the CnCNet client. (Link here: https://cncnet.org/red-alert-2 )

For adding maps to your normal game without CnCNet, you need to add them into the root folder of your game directory (where you see ra2.exe etc).

Thank you for your help. I added the map in the root directory but I still can't find the map. The map has an extension .map while I see the already installed maps are .yrm am I supposed to do something else here? Also, will the map appear with the same name in-game?
