Help - small screen issue

I downloaded Ra2 Yuri R but when I play it on CNCNET I have to play it on a tiny window in the centre of my screen, anyone know how I can expand the window? Even in game its small. 

Weirdly when i first downloaded it was fine but then stopped playing and came back and now have this issue ?

Is your graphics card set to scale the image? Have you tried setting the game to a higher res?
