Yeeah, the start of this mission is a lot easier than it looks. All tanks you face before you get tanks of your own are already damaged. Mostly you just need to be fast enough to take out the turrets so they don't destroy the helicopter reinforcements.

No idea... I think it only does that if your conquer.ini is missing...

Well, the easiest solution is to give the game a resolution that makes it exactly fill the monitor, instead of a 4:3 one... For the rest, whether or not it gets scaled is usually a Windows or graphics driver setting.

Um. The "On The House" thing gets linked to an Origin account. So once you got it on your account it doesn't matter where you install it; you'll need your Origin login to play it anyway. Whether that's legitimate use of that computer is entirely your problem, though

Commandos can steal chinooks for the same reason engies can; they have the "infiltrate" option set. Of course, for commandos it's part of their bombing logic, but since that only applies to structures, they can indeed capture helicopters. In real life, I think a commando would have a hell of a lot easier time taking over a chinook than an engineer Technically... if the apc is docked to a repair pad. Any vehicle can be captured that way, really. You can technically give vehicles to an ally that way in multiplayer

Meh. You know me. When I see "Command & Conquer" I default to C&C1. But, fair enough I did specifically say "all music that exists in true CD high quality", though. I don't count Frank's tracks in those; they're MP3 compressed For the other games, besides the original soundtrack, to my knowledge the only CD audio that exists is the stuff on the Red Alert expansion discs, which, just like the DOS Covert Ops disc, are Redbook format, containing both PC data and CD audio tracks. Sadly, both discs contain the same Counterstrike tracks, and of those the "Voice Rhythm 2" track, just like the original game version, has an odd wonky error in it (at 3:47) that's actually fixed in the version on Frank's site.

Given the fact that a lot of the tracks aren't sold anywhere in the quality available there, there's honestly not much choice. If you want it legally, get your hands on the official soundtrack CD, the DOS version of the Covert Ops disk, and the Sega Saturn version of C&C. Then you have all music that exists in true CD high quality.
