Game will not run

New to forums. 
I'm sure some may recognize my nick.
Since this newest update, my CNCnet will not run.  Right click on the program, click on "run as admin" and it's as if nothing happened. The game doesn't even attempt to run, and it does not give me a message. Tried restarting PC, re-installing the game to no avail. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Can you check your antivirus to see if it's blocking clientdx.exe?

I just checked and my firewall is even turned right off, game will still not run.

Did you check the list of quarantined applications in your antivirus software?

Yes, I just did. 
It seems this game is now unplayable for me since this newest update.

Can you run clientogl.exe from the Resources folder?

No, that does not run.
