access denied , online lobby log in

Does anyone know whats going on here? Lol skrims work but I cant log in online or it crashes.

hello, am I banned from entering the lobby for unknown reasons to me? I still cant login.

can anyone help me fix this issue. I don't understand because I am still able to use the quick match.

Tried adding CnCNet client into your firewall exception, running as admin etc? 
This isn't a ban, your client simply can't connect to the IRC servers.

[RIG]

I changed some settings in my router and enabled IRC, and also port forwarded 4000-60000 UPD.. still got no result. im unsure what to do. I re uploaded my crash log.

 

EDIT: I fixed the issue. I needed to reset modem to factory settings and reinstall cncnet. Now I can play.
