My game screen is only a white screen when the online clan starts

Greetings guys .. My game (RA2'YR) screen is only a white screen when the online clan starts .. I'm in win10  .

Have you updated your graphics card drivers? Please get the newest drivers for your graphics card.

I'm running a WIN10 on my lap. and it had to be high graphic  , How I can do that? Thx for your attention ..

I did check my drivers now and it's up-to-date ,  Notice: My game installed in my lap is working perfectly !!

White screen usually indicates drivers out of date, have you tried changing your game renderer at all? I could take a guess and say it's set on ts-ddraw ?
