Can't download Tiberian Sun.

I can't download Tiberian Sun Installer from here anymore. I know I can just download the Online Installer, but I need an offline installer with the single-player game because I will soon go to the place without Internet access, and I was wanted have all I needed.

You can install the single player campaign on to a portable USB drive from a computer with internet access.

Sure I can if I already had it downloaded. But I do not. And the site where the installer is located is down.

Well, this is strange. I was getting ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT, and this is what IsItDownRightNow is telling me: http://prntscr.com/k55btg

But I have resolved the problem. It seems my ISP is blocking access to your website (I'm in Russia). Working just great with a proxy. ?
