Crash after update and patch

Just updated to 4.09, restarted client and received kaboom error. As per the changelog notes, downloaded patch and extracted to Red Alert 2 directory (confirming each ini file was overwritten). Same error message when launching. See attached.

Updated the DDLName keys in [TS_DDRAW], [GDI] and [OpenGL] to the proper dll names and now works.
