    • I also have the same issue, especially with the maps where everything appears to be destroyed but the mission continues instead of ending normally. I’ve wondered whether there could be some hidden or submerged unit that the game still considers active, because that would explain why the victory condition sometimes seems to get stuck even though there is nothing obvious left on the map. The Allied Missions 1 and 3 being frequent offenders would definitely make me curious whether they share some common trigger or map-script behavior. I also think the lobby problems are worth looking at, particularly the issue where some players cannot select their side and the host has to do it for them. The random-start behavior sounds like another area that could cause confusion in co-op, since players should not unexpectedly end up in positions intended for the AI. It would be great if these maps could be updated so the player slots, starting positions, victory conditions, and lobby controls all behave consistently.
    • @nonNameYou should add some of your finished maps to the "Survival Game Mode" so players can enjoy playing none edited and 100% original versions of your maps my friend. Super easy to PR to GitHub and get them approved by a staff member. I have over 20 maps in there already myself. Look forward to seeing more of your maps be part of the client install patch.
    • Yuri's Revenge added a lot of unique voice lines for vehicles and vessels which in vanilla RA2 all have the same generic set. After digging around for a little bit I found this amazing fix by Vector which patches the vanilla RA2 to have the unique voice lines: However, the patch runs with RA2's executable only and if you try to launch RA2 missions with the CNC Client (in case you want the extra features made possible by phobos and ares in ra2 missions), the actual executable being run is still Yuri's Revenge and the patch doesn't go through. The client, in fact, uses a mix file named ra2mode.mix that dictates how the rules work in ra2 mode/ra2 missions. I was able to edit the rulesmd.ini inside it to restore the unique voice lines added by Yuri's Revenge. I also found some interesting things such as how in the unmodified ra2 mode chrono miner apparently still has some of its unique voices and the allied mcv somehow uses chrono miner's voices when moving. If you want the same, just download my patched ra2mode.mix and replace the one in your game folder (make sure to keep a backup!!!) for it to work. I haven't tested my edit extensively so please report any bugs and missing voices, and use at your own risk. ra2mode.mix
    • It's still listed at dronebl. it will take some time to remove as it's a third party service. As mentioned try turning your router off for 5 mins then turning it back on.
