Pretty much described how online games community are like these days, sadly the Tiberian Sun community is very much like this (try Tiberian Dawn, you almost don't have this). We all had to deal with these idiots. Sooner or later, you'll adapt to the environment and learn to ignore them (if you're willing to stay, that is). You can try looking for other newbies and play together or some experienced player who doesn't care if you're new but most of them are d-bags. The more skillful people think they are, the greater their ego.

Playing against computer players, even on hard doesn't really make people good online against real players. I became better through experience after playing with tons of players. But the laggers are indeed a problem.

Yeap, I had to move McNeil (on foot) to the very edge of the map but I'm sure the subt apc appears after he passed the beacon. I also didn't capture the base, just drugged him before he enters the gate.

The picture (on the one and only working link) described he is team-killing, but what about the spammer and impersonation proof?

CABAL did say they will build more in the future, destroying it now only buys valuable time. I guess this line is a good excuse to allow another Mammoth Mark 2 later on. lol I just realised the Mark 1 in the Nod Tiberian Dawn campaign is about disrupting its production too.

You can get banned for entering texts too fast. It's to avoid people from wasting space with their useless and pointless spams. It happens a lot before the Spamserv thingy got implemented and is still happening now except they got booted after 4 lines of spam.

Weather storm clouds appear faster than nuke and can't be pin pointed by psychic radar. And any player opposing the weather user will have radar blackout. It also has higher blast radius rather than overkilling at a smaller area of effect. I don't know, maybe the lightning strikes are just random (haven't played with Allies superweapons for quite a while).

Damn, those tick tanks were irreplaceable.

For me, I don't usually build chronospheres as Allies because it isn't as desperately needed like an Iron curtain when you're Soviet. I only build it when a game is long and I got loadz of cash and open space to waste.

I got about 100 Tarnyas and blew the hell out of a russan base to kingdom come. LOL

At least that mission doesn't have tanks chasing your tanya and the people she's escorting, they're just patrolling and can be avoided. And it's easy to beat the mission without casualties if you take out the executioner before he signals the flare, otherwise you need to sacrifice a demo truck to kill the base.

Buff the monkeys, sharpen the alligators teeth, give polar bears more range and give cows and camels more HP or speed (or both). Seriously, the neutral side is underpowered... and buff the armed civvies and technicians too.

So how is Yuri suppose to fight Destroyers and subs early in the game?
