Masters league has the top rated players and contenders league has everyone else. Everyone can still play games with players from both leagues in quick match.

Ladder Yuri's Revenge 1v1 ladder has been spit in to 2 Leagues. Players are placed in leagues based on their rating. Highest rated players are in the Masters league and the rest are put in the Contenders League. Point system was updated to give higher rated players more points per win.

Reasonable number for FrameSendRate is between 3(Probably Recon at the start) and 10 (Mind numbingly slow). Originally,, LAN was 4 and WOL was 7 to 10.

Converting TS maps into RA2 maps - I've done it!

This is interesting. It shows that Terraces is a huge map in RA2 but it's not really considered to be a big map in Tiberian Sun. I played a skirmish and I couldn't tell if my tanks slowed down as the drove over the sand in the middle. In TS tanks move slower on that middle sand and on the "cracked" ground near top left, left middle and above the pond. -
There is no way to resize the minimap at all.

Ladder Trial for November ladder month: NO points are awarded on loss. More points awarded on win. (denominator 120,000) Congrats to players Just-Testing, RC1985 and Black for winning that October ladders.

You just have to wait and let the game find a server to connect to.

Any needed file is included with the CnCNet installation. Try some different renderers from the settings menu. Most people have best performance with ts-ddraw. Some have good performance with ie-ddraw. Go through them all at least once in skirmish and pick the fastest one. -

u should consider putting a sexy, fair, veteran player in charge of choosing the settings / maps for ur showmatches mate. I recommend xxprepxxxx. Hes been around for decades, has played at the highest levels-- and is a logical fellow-- he understands what makes things competitive and what does not. I say this because Superweapons are actually essential for ggs. Both competitive and for fun Help me understand... You've said in this very thread that Allies are worse than Soviets. So now you seem to be arguing that Chronosphere is equivalent or better than Iron Curtain. Is that the argument you are making? Can you compare the 2 supers? (Or is there something I'm missing here?)

I think the player who is causing the lag doesn't have as much delay as the other players. For the lagger, the game is slow(FPS) but responsive, for the other players game is slower FPS and actions have a long delay. At least that's how it seemed when I was doing lag experiments on Tiberian Sun.
