Cannot load into a game

Recently just downloaded CNC net. I went to skirmish and when i launch the game it goes back to desktop and says "a game is in progress." Any help would be appreciated to fix this

Try to change the Renderer in the Dispay settings.

Getting the same issue. 

For the developers, these are the steps to replicate the issue.

1. Play a Skirmish
2. Save the Skirmish game with whichever name you like.
3. Now that we have a save point for the skirmish game we have 2 problems
 

PROBLEM 1.
There is no direct way on the menu to LOAD a saved game. There is no BUTTON to suggest that we can load previously saved skirmish games. 


PROBLEM 2.
Since there was no DIRECT way to LOAD a game, I did a workaround. I clicked "LAUNCH GAME" button. Once the game launched, I hit ESC, to go back to the MENU. 

On the RIGHT HAND side there is an option called LOAD. I click that and select the game I saved and CRASH.
