***FATAL*** String Manager Failed to Initialize Properly

i'm really frustrated with this error that came out of nowhere ! the thing i remembered that may have lead to this error is mental omega and reborn 2 mod (even tho i've uninstalled both and downloaded the game again and again from different websites)

i tried everything ! patch, compatibility mode..etc and non of them worked 

i really appreciate of someone have the solution to help me and others who have the same problem

I had same error once but it was fixed by running as admin and chosing compatibility to windows 7 

What windows do you use ?

Hello,

Have you tried running as administrator? Also you could try moving your game directory from program files (which requires admin privileges) to Documents.

I'm also moving this to the correct forum for support.

the error was solved by run as administrator and windows compatibility windows 7...i always chose window 95/me and it didn't work..thanks for the help !
