On the other hand, it's a bit selfish and pretentious to speak in a non-English language in international communities (serve me in my language!!!!11!!). English is the de facto global language, and most people in the world know it in even a basic level. The Internet uses it, again, for things that aren't targeted towards specific nations/languages. How do the few who don't speak it even get past the registration process is beyond me.

There's a rule, either written or unwritten, on Internet communities that English is to be used at all times unless it's a nation/language-specific community.

Yuri's Revenge only ever played its own tracks and never tracks from vanilla RA2.

The missiles themselves do deal less damage than those of the Dreadnought, but you are still getting a combined Typhoon Attack Sub and a slightly nerfed Dreadnought for the price of the latter before you get a Battle Lab. You must be new to RA2 file structure. The core INI files that define the rules, units/buildings/weapons etc. are found within the MIX files, mostly ra2.mix and ra2md.mix. Accessible using XCC Utilities.

Kirovs can take more of a beating and their bombs deal more damage. In RA2, the Soviets had a Psychic Sensor, which not only showed which enemy units intended to go in its immediate radius, but also detected spies. In YR, they have the Spy Plane, which is available at tier 2. Sea Scorpions can do so to a degree, but Dreadnoughts are more of a mainstay of sea-to-land warfare, and Soviet Amphibious Transports are tougher than Allied ones (a trait shared later with Yuri's equivalent). So can V3s and Siege Choppers. They also carry considerably less ore ($500 as opposed to $700 from War Miners, not counting gems).

Try setting the compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3, and run the game as administrator. You can also try running the game windowed. Also, The First Decade can be patched up by FunkyFr3sh's setup that's pinned in this very subforum.

Did you even tick the no-CD option in TSConfig.exe?

Pretty much everything from the YR 1.001 changelog that doesn't relate to YR buildings and units: Pretty much all of the above changes are for the better, though (except for the resolution fixation in Quick Match).

Just call Dune Legacy by its real name. The real Dune II didn't have multiplayer
