Getting error after last update

Turned off my virus scanner and my firewall ,but still i get this

In your antivirus, you should whitelist the yuri's revenge directory.

It placed the files in quarentine and i put hem back ? Or dont u mean that  ?

unistalled and now icant install cncnet launcher

You should add the YR folder to your antivirus white list and remove the files from quarantine.

ok but i unistalled and now when i isntall cncnetlauncher i get this , i put cnclauncher in my antivirus as a exeption and still it wont install ,when iignore this error i get the next SS

I uninstalled my scanner then i tryed it again and now i get this
