Cant connect to friend on DTA

Can someone please help? We were playing and now every time we enter a game it says we lost connection to the other player.

Sorry to hear this. Who is creating the game? 

For a possible quick fix, you could try creating a new game, clicking advanced options, and selecting a different tunnel server that is pre-selected for you.

We both tried to create a few games but nothing worked. I will try that, thank you Grant!
