Ranked match

Hi.

I have recently played ranked matches, but since i had an update on my computer i cant seem to enter ranked matched anymore. The game crashes. 

I reinstalled everything, but it still wont start.

Help please ?

Hi.

 

I cleaned the hole computer. And downloaded the game again.

QM worked for a couple of days until it stopped again. 

System:

Windows 10 Home
