Not bad. I think editing the game itself with different rules isn't exactly "treason" as you put it, as the game is pretty much freeware now. It's fairly common for this to happen to other games well. If you're interested, I did do the same to Red Alert as well. You've probably heard of it. Tiberian Alert - been working on it for years. Feel free to take some ideas and inspiration from it.

Sounds ridiculous, but did you check your game speed settings? If everything is good there, try experimenting with your rendering settings. I personally have a GTX 960 OC, and TS-DDRAW works the best for me.

Hi, Before I begin, try to refrain from using bold and massive text like that. It's unneeded. As for your issue, it's seems that your firewall may be blocking your connection between other players. Or it could also be your ISP, which could be blocking your connection to the servers we offer. Try using a different server when hosting, or connect to or host a peer-to-peer game.
