It's normal that it adds the 6667, all looking good. I guess it can only be your firewall/anti virus blocking the access to that port. Do you have the same security programs installed on both pcs? You should be able to use the old LAN with this installer: https://funkyfr3sh.cnc-comm.com/ You can do a mini web install, then in the launcher go on Play Offline. Don't start cncnet though, cause it will remove the LAN patch from the folder since it kept causing problems

Looking for a specific map? You can search our database, example link: http://mapdb.cncnet.org/search.php?game=ra&age=0&search=defen age= is the maximum age of the map in months, keep it on 0 to find all maps search= is the keyword to search for in the map title (minimum length is 3 chars) Looks pretty bad right now but should get the job done, might update it at some point

Could you try to run cncnet on one of the other computers first to see if one of them can be the server?

Oh DxWnd it is, yes that's a known problem. Some player get this issue and other not. It's weird that all other options are not working. You can try to use the DxWnd Windowed mode, from what I heard it doesn't cause such issues on problematic machines. If you don't want to play in a window then you could set up a fake full screen by enabling DxWnd + "Windowed mode" + "No Window Border" + game resolution 1920x1080 Fake fullscreen should be working fine for the campaign. For Skirmish/LAN/Online use the CnCNet client instead

You are from Egypt, is that correct? It's a known problem, make sure you read through this: i-cant-play-online One of the players is using a VPN and managed to get it working. Or if you don't want to use a vpn then try though all cncnet servers to find out which ones are working (host your own games using servers that work for you)

LAN doesn't require any settings, everything is automatic. The PC that starts the game first will become the server, all others will find the server automatically. Make sure the LAN server is not blocked by your firewall or anti virus and it should work fine. You need to be connected to the same router of course. If one is connected via cable and the other one via wifi then it might not work. If you can't figure it out then just use the Online mode instead, it has a new "Automatic" connection setting which will get you connected in the fastest possible way. It will try LAN first, then Online Peer-To-Peer and finally it can also use servers if everything else fails.

This patch is mainly for those who already have the game (e.g. The ultimate collection from origin). mouse-hower health bar and fix for harvester animations color will probably be added soon (waiting for dkeeton to release his new patch). Any kind of forced gameplay changes will never be included though (This is not meant to be a mod) no problem! What kind of TS install do you have? What are your rendering settings in the TS-Config? Try to play around with the setting a bit, some might work better for you.

I also had problems getting it working fullscreen GDI. On windows 10 it only works with OBS Studio, classic has some weird bug where the game is partial out of the screen (assuming you are using 640x400) If you want to stream without stretching: Set your "Base (Canvas) Resolution" via Settings-->Video to 640x400 and use a display capture source If you want to stretch: Use a Display capture source, right click->transform->edit transform and modify the size values until you got it fullscreen. e.g. you play in 640x400 and your "Base (Canvas) Resolution" is set to 1280x800 and your native resolution is 1920x1080: Transform size: 3840 x 2160 You need multiple scenes this way in case you like to stream. I set up hotkeys to switch between the game scaling display capture and another display capture without scaling for in between the games

What challenge CNCNET face[Attention form Admins Pls!!!]
FunkyFr3sh replied to PS4=PRO's topic in CnCNet Discussion
I tested it, I tested a lot ... A server in china doesn't help, only chinese can use it (All other players have high packet loss to chinese servers) The only thing that works is finding a server outside china that can be used for all players. But chinese have packet loss to almost all servers outside china. Here you can see test results from all cncnet servers made by chinese players from cncnet: http://www.ra95.win/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=6570&extra=page%3D1 I have done it already, you can play Tiberian Sun or Red Alert 1 on cncnet if you want to try it. -

ra2ol is cncnet, they only modified it with new graphics and added account system (not sure what else) There are 2 servers in china, you can host a game on this server and play fast games with other chinese. BUT players from outside china can't play on this server, they will lag the game, make sure all players are from china if you use a chinese server. "China - beijing" seems to be the best server for chinese, "CDS_Global_Cloud_Beijing" doesn't work for all chinese I have been working recently on the problem and it works very well already (not perfect yet). It's only available for C&C1, Red Alert 1, Tiberian Sun and Dune 2000 though (no RA2/YR yet) -
you only changed the .pal? If you removed or added some shps then it would be tricky to update, need to figure out a good way for it

Ya that's a cool idea

The c&c games we support are all P2P, that means players normally send directly to each other. But P2P connections are not always possible (NAT issues), thats why in some cases the data has to be send to a server and the server will forward it to the other player. The "automatic" connection type will try to connect players P2P, if it fails it will use a server for the connection of the two players that can't connect while all other players are connecting P2P. Automatic can mix up P2P and multiple servers inside of 1 game, a connection test on all servers decides which server is going to be used (the one with the lowest round trip time wins) That's how it works for c&c 1, Red Alert 1, Tiberian Sun and Dune 2000. Yuri's revenge is sending all data through servers (there is no P2P support atm)
